Once orders have been placed, we will ship out in 3-5 business days. You will then recieve tracking infi via email. All orders placed on the weekend will not be processed until the following business day. The transit time for US orders are 4-7 business days once shipped, for International orders it can take 2-4 weeks. It is our goal to get your order to you as soon as possible. If there is a delay due to holiday, weather, etc. you will be notified via email.

Due to health concerns, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. If in the case you recieve your product broken or damaged you will need to send the item back to us or provide proof. We will then be more than happy to replace it with the SAME item unless it is out of stock or sold out.

In order to keep our prices low we do not offer free or sample sizes.

We are currently are not sending out free items for review. If you have a minimum of 3000 subbies then we will consider.

Where is Ruthless items made?
Most of our products are produced here in the USA, but we have some items that are sourced out of the US.
